Stock Market going up will not help you feed your family!!!

“I call myself the Pope of Love because most of us already have enough judges in our heads and enough salesmen in our ears. Here’s a quick truth: you’ve been sold a story. They point at the stock market like it’s the weather report for your life and say, ‘See? It’s sunny. You should feel better.’ But the stock market is a scoreboard for big companies and big investors, not a receipt for your rent, your groceries, or your paycheck.

When the market goes up, it can mean profits are rising, costs are getting squeezed, wages are staying flat, prices are climbing, and regular people are told to clap anyway. So don’t let a green arrow gaslight you. Ask different questions: Are my wages rising? Is my rent stable? Can I afford healthcare? Do I have time to breathe?

My sermon is simple: don’t confuse their headline with your heartbeat. Love yourself enough to demand the real numbers, and love your neighbor enough to tell the truth out loud.”
