There are many qualities that make a good supervisor. The most important may be the ability to develop trust and respect with their employees. This includes being honest, fair, and consistent in their dealings with subordinates. In order to be effective, supervisors must be able to communicate effectively, set goals and expectations, and provide feedback. They must also be able to manage their time effectively and be organized. Supervisors must be able to handle stress and be able to stay calm in difficult situations. It is also important to be able to work well as part of a team.
